Introducing Throwback Tuesday

So for my birthday, which is next Tuesday, I've decided to recession proof my blog. I can't be in as many places as I'd like to be right now, so I've decided to go back into the archives and shazzam presto changem! I come with Throwback Tuesdays.

Inspired by one of the hottest local radio stations, ZIP FM, where they take it retro on a Tuesday, I have decided I'm going to post a bit about one of my past trips every Tuesday. On days when I am clearly living the life and visiting somewhere new (or renewed) I'll give Throwback Tuesday a break and write about the place I am actually visiting. However, in the downtime, I'd like to keep the posts regular, and so the only way to do that is to dip into the coffers of trips past.

So stay tuned, I should have some New Orleans fare, Alaskan Tundra, Hot and Spicy China, Tibet in Black and White, Doing the Du in Nepal and Boston to the Bizee, among other locales. It's all there, I just need to pretty it up and put a bow on.

Next up on the itinerary: Monterey, California, supposedly a nature-lovers paradise. I'll be so happy when I'm told, once again, to fasten my seat belt and return my tray/seat to the upright position. Yes, I know where the emergency exits are.....ON Y VA! Andale, andale arriba!!
